Kimberly Shur is Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Global Compliance for Marriott International, Inc. In this role, she assists in the development and implementation of Marriott’s global compliance program in key compliance areas, such as anti-corruption, economic and trade sanctions and privacy. Kimberly helps identify and assess key legal and ethical compliance issues of material concern to the company, drafts and promulgates relevant policies and trainings and helps facilitate the governance structure of the compliance program worldwide.
Kimberly joined Marriott in 2010 in its Dispute Resolution Group and transitioned to the Global Compliance Group within the Law Department in 2013. Prior to joining Marriott, Kimberly was a litigation partner with Foley & Lardner LLP and a writer for CNN. She holds a B.A. in political science from Emory University and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
