Marsha Ershaghi Hames is a Practice Leader in Education and Engagement in Governance, Culture and Risk management. She advises multinational organizations around driving business value and risk mitigation through strategic, values-based education and engagement approaches to ethics, compliance and organizational culture. As an advisor to senior executives, for over fifteen years, she has been actively focused on shaping the governance, culture, and leadership systems that catalyze ethical behavior within organizations. Her particular area of expertise includes program effectiveness specifically around learning and employee engagement. Her wealth of experience includes advising dozens of transformational projects for organizations across a spectrum of industries both in the private, commercial and non-profit sectors including Dell, DuPont, Altria, Allstate, Dow Chemical, Orbital ATK, United Technologies Corporation, BAE, Inc., Phillip Morris International, Inc., TechnoServe, and more.

As a thought leader, Dr. Ershaghi Hames regularly presents at executive leadership meetings and speaks at influential executive forums which include Ethics Officers Global Leadership meetings, the Academy of Management, Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics Institute, Ethics and Compliance Institute. Dr. Ershaghi Hames holds a Doctorate in Educational Technology & Leadership from Pepperdine University. Her dissertation was on the role of Ethical Leadership as an Enabler of Organizational Culture Change. She holds an M.A. in Educational Technology from Pepperdine University, and a B.A. from the University of Southern California. She is a CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional). A Southern California native, she is married and has two lovely entrepreneurial teenagers.
